Bambino: Kids & Coffee

by Lydia (follow)
Kids. Coffee. Community.

Bambino Café has now been open for three weeks and is a superb child friendly café in Boothstown, Salford. It is a family run business that puts children and the community at the heart of everything they do.

The café itself is only small but it packs a lot into it. There is lots to choose from on the menu and they offer a variety of vegan friendly options. They have a vast array of cakes and treats to satisfy the sweetest of teeth. Children also receive a free babyccino with every hot drink purchased!

Bambino Cafe

The specially designed kids corner is a real hit with all of the children, big and small. The intimate and friendly nature of the café means that your children will more than likely make new friends. It also means that you can keep an eye on them whilst you enjoy your food in peace.

The Manchester Crochet Club meets fortnightly to learn crochet, meet other Manchester mums, and have a good chat. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to come along!
They have a fantastic selection of clothes, toys and books in store. Goodies include: amazing unicorn jumpers, the fantastic book 'Goodnight stories for rebel girls' and customised art work. They are hosting a pop up shop next week with LittleFolk Tales and it features free storytelling workshops.

Bambino Cafe

The cafe has partnered up with Salford Food Bank and offers tip donations and food donations every week. 50% of the food parcels go to children and seeing as Bambino is child-centred, they want to do their bit to help.

They seek to host a regular roster of free or low-cost events and activities all year round. These will include toddler story-time, arts and crafts, baby yoga and pop-ups from local businesses that provide helpful products and services to those who care for children.

If you are looking for a friendly, child focused café then this is the place for you!

"Great place, loved it, something this area really needs! Play area to keep children entertained & a relaxed atmosphere with friendly, helpful staff. A lot of thought has gone into Bambino with easily accessible baby changing facilities, wipes on all tables for those grubby little hands, vegan options & even free babyccinos! There are beautiful children's clothes & gifts to browse & the little ones even got a little treat to take home 😍"

"Visited today with my 2 children (20m and 4y) & a friend- really lovely place! Gifts & clothes section has some lovely items, staff are v friendly, even the little things are thought of eg rubber corners on tables. Children’s play corner is great & we all enjoyed the food! Just need to make it bigger to fit more people in!"
