How does it work?

There is an online timetable of live and on demand sessions that have been tailored for both pre and postnatal needs. Classes are run by qualified instructors who are experts in their fields, so you know you are in good hands.

Busylizzy has safe and effective workouts for pregnancy; including Yoga and Pilates. They also have their own brand of strength and cardio fitness for mums-to-be, Vibe. Suitable from 14 weeks, classes help to promote your wellbeing, ease aches and pains and prepare you for the big day.

What about after my baby is born?

All wrapped up in one flexible membership, you can start with Busylizzy in pregnancy and then return when your little one is here for some fitness and fun together.

Postnatal fitness classes include Mummy&Me Pilates and Yoga to re-strengthen your core after pregnancy, stretch and tone, and Aerobics and Bootcamp for cardio fitness and strength as you get further along your postnatal journey.

The best bit? You can do the classes with your baby right there with you (or while they are napping) so no need for childcare.

Do you have classes for my baby?

For your baby, Busylizzy offers a bumper timetable of weekly online baby classes so you have plenty to choose from according to what you need and feel like.

This includes:

Baby Massage to help you and your baby relax and bond together from birth

Baby Yoga to help physical development and promote parent-child play

Baby Music for rhythm, coordination and motor skill development

Baby Signing to help breakdown communication barriers and prevent tantrums.



Online classes are available to join in with live or on demand, and there is a huge back catalogue of content to choose from if you find your favourite session and want to do more.

Busylizzy also runs regular talks from expert speakers on topics relevant to all aspects of pregnancy and parenthood.
