Looking for a new role in Customer Service?

DrinkWell is the leading retailer for lifestyle alcohol, and the home for reduced calorie drinks in the UK. Having grown significantly in 2020 they are looking to scale growth exponentially in 2021 and beyond, and are looking for motivatated Mums in the Manchester area.

What is the Customer Service role?

DrinkWell are looking for an equally ambitious Mum to take ownership of the customer journey after checkout. Working alongside the wider team, this role offers a great opportunity to make this role your own and build on the existing DrinkWell service.

This is a part-time, 25 hour per week role.

What are the role responsibilities?

Inbound customer services - via telephone, email and social media

Outbound new business customer enquiries

Proactive outbound customer support, solving problems before they happen

Outbound customer sales to existing customers

Using, managing and developing customer service ticket solutions

Order management, administration and fulfilment using our e-commerce platform Shopify

Supplier & product support alongside the buying team

Delivery management for both outbound parcels and inbound freight

The go between for the warehouse and the head office

General administration
