Levenshulme Inspire

In the heart of Manchester's Levenshulme is Inspire, a unique, community led organisation that has loads of free activities and services for all members of the family.

Levenshulme Inspire

Comprising of a café and community space, Levenshulme Inspire is open to all and brings together all sorts of families from the local area and beyond.

The Cafe
Inspire's on site cafe is incredibly family friendly. There is a children’s menu with prices starting at only a couple of pounds, and there is a stash of toys in the café to keep little hands busy whilst mum or dad relax with a coffee. There are plenty of high chairs available, the changing facilities are top notch, and there’s no need to worry about the little ones making a mess.

Daily Specials Board

The café uses surplus food from other businesses to make its specials, so not only are they kind on the environment, but also easy on the wallet, and they taste delicious! Specials change every day, so you are guaranteed a different dish each time, and the awesome thing is that they cater for vegetarians, vegans and those with allergies; just ask!

What's on?
There are plenty of kids activities happening throughout the week, including dance classes, baby yoga, homework club, tuition sessions and a toddler group. Many families who attend the groups also stay behind for a drink or a meal in the café, so it can be a great way to meet other parents!

Bringing communities together.

Another useful service provided by Inspire is help for those who struggle to speak English. There are volunteers available to practice speaking English during the weekly toddler group, making it a perfect opportunity to get some practice in whilst your little ones are occupied.
