Inspire your child's imagination with over 13,000 square feet of interactive adventure play

It is based at the iconic Albert Dock and it features three fully themed interactive play zones. These are designed to develop your child’s creativity by bringing the worlds of Thomas & Friends™, Fireman Sam™ and Bob the Builder™ to life.





The first themed area here centres around Thomas and friends. You can explore the Island of Sodor, from the Steamworks to Farmer McColl’s farm. Your journey starts at Knapford Station, where the narrow gauge engines are waiting for you to begin your adventures around the Island. We went at a quiet time and my little girl was able to have quite a few goes on the train, which she loved! There are lots of activities for children of all ages here, from sorting vegetables at Farmer McColl's farm, to meeting Harold at sea and diving in to a big ball pool.







As you venture downstairs you will meet Bob the Builder. Children are encouraged to dress up in hard hats and hi-vis jackets and they can get this from Bob's mobile office. They will then assist the team in a range of exciting activities. These include constructing a new building for Wendy in her Workshop, helping the vehicles by digging in the yard, and supporting Bob by completing the work on the pipes.



The last area you will visit is themed around the world of Fireman Sam. Here you will grab your safety helmet, and head on down to Pontypandy’s Fire Station. You can climb aboard Jupiter just like your hero next door, Fireman Sam. Once you’ve checked Jupiter is in working order, you can explore Pontypandy, the Ocean Rescue Centre, and go to sea on Titan, where you will be able to be a firefighter for the day and put out fires on the coast. Children have the opportunity to experience a real life emergency situation along with Fireman Sam and his trusted colleagues, learning along the way what it takes to be a fire fighter and become a hero in their own right. They also have a shop within this area that really encourages imaginative play.
