[Link http://www.simply-cycling.org/ Simply Cycling] host friendly, all ability cycling sessions in Wythenshawe Park, Longford Park and Boggart Hole Clough. They run the sessions throughout the week on athletic tracks so you can cycle to your hearts content in a nice social environment.



Everyone is welcome at the sessions and there is a bike to suit every taste, need and preference. You don't need to book on to the sessions as there are plenty of bikes to go round. The sessions are £2 for up to two hours during the week and that will give you lots of time to try out a few different ones.



There is a real community spirit within and it is a not-for-profit charitable organisation. The main focus of the club is to offer cycling to disabled people. They have hundreds of adapted bikes and they are confident that everyone can ride a bike regardless of their ability. The sessions are about focusing on the fun and health benefits of riding bikes and are a great way to enjoy being outdoors.



The organisation also holds 'Ride Outs' most Thursdays, cycling trips throughout the year, corporate events, fun days and birthday parties.
