They host three classes every week day and they are drop in sessions, so you don't have to book in advance. The sessions cost £5 and are well worth it.



This is the most professional gym class I have been to with my toddler and the most equipped sessions too. On a Monday and Wednesday they have the Toddler Gym classes which are parent led sessions. On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday they have Gym Tots sessions in which the coach is more involved.



Each session lasts for 45 minutes. We went to the Gym Tots session which was absolutely fantastic. The coach was on hand to help my little girl and she learnt so much whilst we were there. For 30 minutes of the class they are encouraged to participate in free play. There are two routes around the room that they can do and they develop a wide range of skills as they go round. They also have a central bit that has a large trampoline and other bits of equipment to explore.



The session ends with a 15 minute structured learning part where children are asked to create shapes with their bodies. My little girl loved doing this and particularly enjoyed bouncing round like a frog and moving in different ways. The coach tries to embed skills in the little ones so that if they continue with gymnastics at a later age they learn good techniques to utilise. There are also opportunities for the children to attain British Gymnastics badges and certificates.



If your child is incredibly active and loves climbing and jumping like mine, then this is the group for you.
