[Link https://thekinderhub.co.uk/ The Kinder Hub] is a new play, learning and development centre that has recently opened in Preston, Lancashire. It is specifically designed for children aged between 0 and 7 years old and is a fantastic space for little ones to explore and engage in imaginary play. It is well organised, clean and spacious and is highly recommended.



It is advised to book in advance for your visit and there are three different sessions to choose from. Each session runs for two hours and this is the perfect amount of space to fully explore and utilise all that is to offer here. Session one is from 9:30 am until 11:30 am, session two runs from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm and the last one is held at 2:30 pm until 4:30 pm. In between sessions the venue is completely cleaned and tidied up for the new guests.



There are lots of opportunities for imaginary play here with different areas for role play. These include a fire station complete with fire engine, bell and fireman's pole, a garage with tools to fix the cars, a hospital and a police station. All of which come with dress up equipment and accessories for children to utilise. They even have a shop and cafe which is fully stocked and ready for eager shoppers.



In the middle of the centre is a fantastic wooden climbing frame, which is a really great piece of equipment. It has a climbing wall, two different slides and lots of nets and tunnels. There is even a smaller play area for little ones with similar style play equipment for them to engage with.





During your time at Kinder Hub you have free rein of the centre and with careful restrictions placed on numbers it really doesn't feel overwhelming or busy at all. It is the perfect sized venue to sit back and enjoy time in the cafe whilst you can watch your child play from afar. The cafe is well stocked with a wide range of food and drinks on offer. They have great meal deals for children.



At the end of each session there is an opportunity to get involved in singing and dancing too, which was a nice way to end our trip here. My little girl loved dancing along to baby shark. They also have a range of activities held here including; mini mantra yoga, boogie beats, baby massage and lingo tots.
