This Mum Can Fitness is a gym-free personal training company based in Sale, South Manchester. Becky focuses on getting women back to fitness after having a baby. She runs a range of fitness sessions at the same time and place every week and she also does 1:1 personal training sessions that fit around you.
I have just started the 'This Mum Can Fitness Running Club' that aims to get people from running 5k to 10k. It is an eight-week training programme and has been designed to coincide with a 10k at Arley Hall in March. We attend a weekly session together and everyone is super friendly. The group has been split up to ensure we are running with others of a similar pace. We have also been given a detailed plan to incorporate two other runs throughout the week.
Becky also runs a beginners running group for those wanting to go from the couch to 5k. Each session aims to build on and develop your fitness levels, whilst meeting other mums and getting support. The next programme begins in April and you can find out more information about it here.
Becky is a Level 2 qualified trainer specialising in pre and post-natal fitness. As well as the running groups she also holds weekly drop in sessions which include interval training for those who want to improve their pace and endurance. In addition to this, she does mum and baby fitness classes during the day on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
